I've had excellent experiences with Cameron and Absolute Maintenance. I've had several issues over the years at my rent property especially with the recent rain in LA. Cameron has always made me feel like a valued costumer and solved the issue. Would hire them again but hope that I don't have to!

This review is long overdue. If you have a leak there is no one better than Cameron and Absolute Maintenance and Consulting. Trust me, I've used them several times and they are THE BEST at what they do. On my latest roof leak, Cam came to the house and spotted the water source in 30 seconds. He also showed me exactly where the water had traveled, where it was settling, where I had water damage, etc. I was skeptical at first because he was just looking at the exterior of the house but sure enough, when his team started the repair and pulled down the plaster and wood he was exactly right. I appreciated that Cam was always available for my calls and he was incredibly patient with my barrage of questions. He sent an estimate that was very thorough and the total cost ended up almost to the penny of what he originally quoted me. I hate spending money on home repairs and this particular repair was not cheap but Absolute Maintenance and Consulting guarantees their work. As someone who doesn't normally write reviews, I wrote this one happily because I have such conviction on this company. I promise you they are worth the money.

The contractor never came to my property, only emailed him and spoke to him on phone, he says he video chats with his workers to look at jobs. I did not like that. They billed me for services not rendered, recycling and hauling that was never done. They left bags on my lawn for at least a week; they removed invoice once I asked.

They definitely exceeded all expectations. Multiple issues came up and they rolled with the punches. Brittnee out of the office is so sweet and always willing to help. Cameron provided probably the best customer service I've ever received. Despite all the hiccups he had to deal with, he remained professional and was constantly willing to go above and beyond to make us incredibly happy. He was very thorough with explaining all the work that needed to be done and somethings he had to explain again and again so we understood and he was always happy to do so. Cameron is a true professional and I can tell he really enjoys helping people. Jaime was awesome. He and his crew got stuff done on time. If anything came up, he'd call me if necessary or call Cameron. The company as a whole is a well oiled machine and they all work together so well. You guys really did us a favor and we are very thankful for that.

Cameron at Absolute was very quick to respond to my inquiry for an estimate on mold removal and remediation in our kitchen. He came to our house within hours of my call on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about his field and right away we felt comfortable with hiring him. Cameron’s partner, Bryan, started the mold removal and remediation that following Monday. He was extremely thorough in his work and did a great job at keeping me updated on his progress and any unforeseen issues that arose. Bryan takes real pride in the work that he does and was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and health of my daughter. Bryan is also very knowledge about his field and gave us some great tips on how to prevent mold in the future. It was really a pleasure working with both Cameron and Bryan! They helped make a horrible experience easier to cope with and both of them went above and beyond on customer service. They exceeded my expectations on quality, timing and price. If I were to ever need this type of work done on our house (or any of the other services that they provide), Absolute would be the only company that I would trust. I would also highly recommend them to anyone that I know. Thank you Absolute!
