Dry Down

My husband and I recently had the opportunity to work with the staff from Dry Down on a slab leak in our home.  They were extremely quick in getting the necessary equipment to our home to start the drying out process.  Their technicians were fast, proficient and friendly.   They helped to make the whole process painless, and time consuming.   I highly recommend this company for any home restoration services you may need.  They did what they said they would, in the time frame quoted, and fast.  Great customer service!! I am the manager of the Winbury Condominiums in Culver City.  We contacted Dry Down when we had an emergency water break that made a mess in our Recreation Room.  Crew supervisor Jose was very informative on our problem and provided us exactly with the level of cleanup we needed,  Jose and the crew was very efficient and friendly.  We highly recommend this company.

Angel did an amazing job pumping out over 6,000 gallons of water from under our house! Diego came out very quickly to initially assess the damage and then Angel and his team started pumping the water out just a few hours later. They worked hard from 8pm to 2am! Angel was so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process! He responded to all my texts so quickly and communicated with the office for me to get all the documentation that my insurance needed. He even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Angel came back multiple times to check on our house and make sure everything was drying properly and that there wasn't any further damage. He left the fans under our house for over an extra week for no additional charge to make sure it was completely dry. Angel was awesome and offered the best customer service!

Dry down is fantastic. Very informative and detailed. When they serviced our residence, we were shocked to learn how much water damage we had. The insurance company sent their own adjuster and we almost settled. It wasn’t until dry down was recommended and they discovered the additional water damage and were able to protect our home. The plumber who came to stop a major water leak at 2 am recommended DryDown. They contacted me quickly and noted the moisture in the drywall and carpets. Arnold came out to do the drywall removal and he was always on time and worked diligently. They treated for mold and said I needed to have a company come out to test for asbestos, which I did. I was satisfied with the job they did and their willingness to help me understand what needed to be done. I would recommend anyone to increase their insurance before you have a water heater break!
