I own a rental property that had some significant water damage due to a supply line breaking. Rytech came out immediately and did a thorough investigation of all the damaged areas. They were also able to recommend a great plumber who came out and fixed the issue so the water could be turned on. The technician was very knowledgeable about water damage and was able to assist me with filing an insurance claim. The claim process was very daunting, but with their help and assistance it made it super easy. They worked with my insurnace company to cover their costs and the team did an amazing job only removing the damaged areas. I had a friend who had a flood and their dryout company gouged the insurnace company and tore out a lot of stuff that didn’t need to be done. I’m so glad Rytech doesn’t operate like this and I would highly recommend them for anybody who needs help with water damage. Their team always answered their phones when I called and I was never left in the dark about the remediation steps needed. Can’t say enough great things about this company!

I very seldom refer or recommend companies unless I %100 believe in them. Rytech is the best dryout company in La and San Diego, period. When you have any type of water, mold, or fire damage to your home you need a company that you can trust. THESE ARE THE GUYS. The owner of the company is very involved on a daily basis with the customers and crews. His main goal is to do the right thing and help you navigate through your crisis. The techs are certified, have back ground checks, are hard working, careful, polite, and are extremely knowledgeable about what needs to happen to get your home restored properly. There are a lot of dryout companies out there who only care about over billing the insurance company, cutting corners, not properly remediating mold or sewage damage, and cause more damage so that their recommended buildback companies (restoration company/contractors) make more money. Having a bad dryout company can add major headaches to your loss and extend the time that your home is not being repaired. Save yourself the nightmare of dealing with one of these companies and call Rytech. They are a national franchise and are trusted by many large insurance companies, such as Allstate and Liberty Mutual. The San Diego division recently won franchise of the year and go above and beyond on every job. I have refereed them to my customers and they are the only people I would ever trust to work on my home if I had water, mold, or fire damage. Even if you have a company working on your house and you think something isn't right, call them for a second opinion
